Based in North Canterbury, The Fifth Season offers flexible arrangements - we can meet in your home, in your favourite café or location of choice, in my quiet garden office or in hospital or hospice.

You are also not locked into regular weekly sessions with me! We can meet as your needs and requirements change – perhaps a ‘one-off’ initially to get some ideas; then some regular appointments to discuss more deeply your concerns or priorities.

This phone call is to chat through what support you are looking for, in which area(s) of your life and who may be involved in supporting you, it also gives you an idea about The Fifth Season and our different services available.

To understand more deeply your ideas, hopes and goals, to establish our working relationship, to develop a plan.

Face-to-face, Phone and Virtual (Teams)   

Sessions may be subsidised.
 
MSD: You may be eligible for the Disability Allowance which can be used towards the costs of sessions with Liz. You don't need to be on a benefit to qualify for a Disability Allowance, please discuss with your GP.

Available to those eligible for Disability Allowance Counselling

Cancer Society North Canterbury: Limited funding may be available, please discuss with your Cancer Society Navigator.
